Please note that first time clients may be required to fill out a new client form and/or service waiver. This waiver is put in place to protect our staff and clients. Refusal to sign this waiver will result in your services not being completed until the waiver is signed. The signed waiver will be added to your i.B.B. file.
LATE ARRIVAL / CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY:
For all appointment cancellations, a 48 hour notice is required. There is a $25 cancellation fee
I regret that late arrivals cannot receive an extension on scheduled service time and will be responsible for full service fees.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment or miss your appointment, your service will be cancelled. Missed or cancelled appointments will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
Please note that cancellations can only be made through online booking, or through calling the Boutique. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email.
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the Boutique and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.
*Please Note: If you are late, your service may be shortened, but you will be charged the full service price. If you are running late, please call ahead to help determine if you can still be seen.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the Boutique to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will be also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Please note that to cancel your appointments during i.B.B. opened hours, we do require a phone call in order to late cancel your appointments.
Clients who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked, unless they have a service bundle to cover the services.
RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
While, i.B.B. offers the highest degree of detail and dedication to our procedures, unfortunately we have no control over other factors that affect the healing process.
For example, the care of your brow and how your skin heals and retains pigment will greatly contribute to the final results. Therefore, i.B.B. offers no guarantee for healed results.
Another example if you get water on the lash extensions less an 24 hours or use oil on them and fail to clean them properly. You will have abnormal fall out.
Please be aware, additional touch ups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. For brows, the use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look.
i.B.B. offers complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending on management approval.
Prices are subject to change at anytime. Rates may increase with travel and guest appearances or special circumstances.
Unused/unopened retail products/tools may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days. Used products and tools are Final Sale.
Lengthy + Multiple services
Any bookings spanning longer than 2 hours, or group bookings for 3 people or more must be secured by having a valid credit card attached to your i.B.B. client account. In event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged as outlined in our policies above.
For clients who do not wish to place a credit card on their file, there is the option to come into the Boutique and pay a 30% deposit on the appointments you wish to book.
Look, we love your puppies… but we’re a people’s Boutique (sigh) so you’ll have to leave your four legged friend at home when you visit us.
While we wish we didn’t have to discriminate against the better species, it is against health standards to have them in our treatment rooms and areas where services are being held. We also have to respect our clients who may not be as comfortable around animals as we are,
If you bring your pup to your service, you will have to leave them outside or take them home before you can have services completed. If this results in you having to miss or cancel your appointment, policy fees will be applied.
* Service animals are an exception, however please let us know in advance as we will have to arrange a time you can have your appointment in a private room or when there are no other clients in the Boutique.
*This restriction also applies to cage birds, alligators, kangaroos and any other animals.
i.B.B. may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the tattooing process for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Instant Beauty Boutique has a strict no refund policy on services rendered. Once a service has been rendered, it is the clients responsibility to ensure that they have taken proper care of their brows / makeup / hair / eyelash extensions / tinting. i.B.B. is not responsible for any circumstances that occur after a service has been rendered. Once a deposit or full payment has been sent, client acknowledges and consents to the no refund policy.
Instant Beauty Boutique may use images or video on independent company website – and or in any brochure, flyer or other advertising it deems necessary – any and all photographs, video, audio, and any other digitally stored media that is captured or recorded by i.B.B. and any and all of its representatives. Client(s) agree to release any and all claims regarding use of his/her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agrees to release name and contact information of professional photographers and / or videographers used for recording any event for i.B.B. has been contracted to do hair and/or makeup. Client(s) agree to release to i.B.B. use of said photographers/videographer’s photographs and recordings.
